Terms & Conditions

The simple rules for every job we do, so you know exactly what to expect.

Last updated: November 2026

1. Who we are

Jeydour provides general maintenance for villas, apartments and buildings in Abu Dhabi. By booking a visit or service through this website, WhatsApp or phone, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and approval

We inspect the job and share a quote before any work starts. Work begins only after you approve the quote in writing (WhatsApp message, email or signature).

If we find extra work during the job, we stop and ask for your approval before continuing. Inspection or call-out fees, if any, are shared with you in advance.

3. Payment

Payment is due when the job is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing. Yearly contracts are paid according to the schedule written in the contract.

Spare parts bought for your job are charged at the agreed price and become your property once paid.

4. Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a limited warranty for the period stated on your quote or invoice. Spare parts follow the manufacturer's warranty only.

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, work done by others after our visit, normal wear, or problems that existed before our visit.

5. Existing conditions

Older buildings may have hidden problems (old pipes, weak wiring, rusted fittings, hidden leaks). Jeydour is not responsible for damage caused by such pre-existing conditions, or for faults outside the scope of work you approved.

6. Your responsibilities

Please give our team safe access to the property, working water and electricity for testing, and an adult present during the visit.

Please secure valuables and fragile items in the work area. Tell us about any known issues before we start.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge if you tell us before our team leaves for your visit. Late cancellations may be charged a call-out fee shared with you in advance.

8. Yearly maintenance contracts

Each yearly contract lists what is included (for example planned check-ups) and what is charged separately (for example major spare parts). The written contract takes priority over these general terms where they differ.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Jeydour's total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of rent, income or use.

10. Complaints

If something is not right, contact us on WhatsApp or phone within 7 days of the visit and we will review it and come back to fix what is covered.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes fall under the courts of Abu Dhabi.
